Which states can't Drexel admit NP students from?
Alabama, Colorado, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota and Wyoming, per Drexel's state regulations page. The DNP and RN-to-BSN have shorter lists of their own.
Can a New York resident study at Drexel?
Yes, New York residents can enroll in Drexel's NP programs. Their clinical hours are completed outside New York State, in a state where Drexel allows clinicals.
Do I need a Pennsylvania RN license?
It depends on which Drexel page you read. Program pages name a Pennsylvania license, and the compliance office also counts a compact license issued by your home state. Settle your own case with Drexel early.
